As required by international standards and for continuous improvement, we have established, and maintained a quality control system to ensure and implement total quality management in all operations and to guarantee that our staffs are properly trained in accordance with their respective roles and qualifications in order to meet or exceed the requirements of our clients.

We strongly acknowledge that a trained staff is one of the most essential element needed to meet quality objectives for a continuous improving company in the petroleum sector, therefore we strive to provide them with the necessary training and resources needed to carry out their assigned responsibilities. We improve our performances and acquire every means to manage unprecedented incidents through monitoring programs, customer complaints and satisfaction surveys, risk assessment and audit reports.

Comprehensive information on safety procedures are provided for everyone including our clients and this observed throughout the company. Throughout our operations, we monitor and continuously guard against confrontational acts that could affect our business, employees, staffs and the overall environment.

For all activities associated with our products including operations carried out, the protection of the environment is strongly observed and considered. Being aware of the reality that refined petroleum products are biodegradable and can pose a serious threat to our environment, we strive to obey all regulations and practices related to the environment as it relates to our operations.
